I now have some down time, so looking to do something I’ve been wanting to do since TFA. I am pleased to be able to offer Aluminium Skins, supplied by the same people who run all my other aluminium astromech parts. Laser cut aluminium and rolled to the correct diameter.
The CSL skins are exactly the same as what we used on the TFA R2D2s which is based on the CSL design but Oliver & I decided to reduce the size of the Large Data Port to 1″ high which is the same as the CSR design, therefore this is the only CSR part you would need with the rest of the body parts which are all CSL. With me so far?!
The CSL Skins are what I have on three of my personal builds as well as the movie R2D2s.
